The monthly all-inclusive rent is 2600,- EUR. The all-inclusive rent also includes the parking space in the underground car park.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.
The monthly additional charges are completely included in the all-inclusive rent.

Internet/TV via cable
Caretaker services and house cleaning
Domestic water and waste water taxes
Insurances
Waste disposal
